About Second Future

Second Future was established in November 2000 under the name Kort og Godt*. We are a company with two aims:

1. to produce and sell products made out of "second-time-round" raw materials, by using sustainable production processes
2. to provide consultancy in the area of environmentally sound business creation.

* Kort og what?...

The Danish expression 'kort og godt' means 'short and sweet' in English. But 'kort' also means 'map', and 'godt' means 'good'. We thought the title fitted nicely, as most of our current products are made out of maps; but no-one outside Denmark could pronounce "kort og godt", so we changed the name!
